To the beautiful woman that fixed my hair yesterday. Thank you!!! I went here directly from another location that really messed up my hair and I was immediately greeted by both women working there. Instantly wanted to help and did an amazing job. My hair grows fast and I need a haircut at least once every 3 weeks. It’s good to know that I found a place that has wonderful customer service and really knows what they are doing. Finding people that take pride and are skilled in their craft makes all the difference! Thank you again!

I am very pleased with the hair cut I received. I have found that the staff at great cuts listen to the client to discover how they want their hair cut. Then they proceed to cut it perfectly. You can pay more an another place but you may not get as good a cut.

On Sunday, 4/27/2025, I was out shopping in the Hiram area and noticed Great Clips, and my first time ever going to Great Clips. I decided to stop in for a haircut, and I’m so glad I did! I was warmly greeted by Angela, who was enthusiastic, professional, and welcoming. She answered all my questions and checked me in quickly. Angela was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to include me in every step of the haircut process to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. When she finished, the haircut was perfect—I didn’t even need to curl my hair! The layers fell beautifully into place on their own. The price was affordable, but what really stood out was the customer service. Thank you, Angela, and the co-worker who was there that day—you both provided a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back!
